Part Time Retail Sales Advisor Driving Duties

Overview

Part Time Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties – 24 hours per week over 3 days. Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota. Salary £16,881 per annum, plus pension and company benefits. Located at Brewers Decorator Centre, St Austell (St Austell Bay Business Park, Par Moor Road). The branch is open Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 8am–5pm. This role includes making contactless deliveries in and around the local area.

Experience with products is not necessary if you bring strong customer service and team working skills.

• Providing exceptional service to customers in the branch to support our reputation for quality Brewers service
• Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area using the company Transit van
• Mixing paint for customers, processing specialist orders, and requesting stock within the branch network
• Building relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver a comprehensive service
• Keeping the warehouse organised and safe in line with company standards
• Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
• Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
• Approachable and friendly, happy to help both customers and colleagues
• Team-oriented but reliable working independently when required
• Familiar with Gloucester and the surrounding area
• Full clean manual driving licence
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry
• Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
