• Base salary: £38,625 per year, with opportunity to earn up to £53,000.
• Optional overtime flexible to the hours you choose.
• 10 days of paid overtime per year can add up to £5,760, plus extra end‑of‑shift opportunities of up to £3,000.
• Up to an additional £6,000 in bonus payments.

40 hours per week, 8 am–4:30 pm, plus one Saturday in four weeks.

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) division, you’ll bring your expert knowledge and problem‑solving skills directly to our members – from driveways to office car parks – delivering first‑class service without the limitations of a traditional garage.

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician on light vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
