Pertemps Plymouth is seeking Youth Development Workers to join a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–25. This role focuses on person-centred support to help young people build confidence, resilience and independent living skills.
You will provide one-to-one support, develop and review individual plans, support with tenancy and benefits, and coordinate with education, training and employment opportunities, while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
