St. Gallen, Schweiz – Arch 24 HR Tech Factory
Position:
Immobilienbuchhalterin (temporär, ca. neun Monate, 90-100 %) – (w/m/d). Arbeitsort:
St. Gallen.
- Unterstützung des Teams der Immobilienbuchhaltung fachlich und operativ.
- Exakte und termingerechte Erstellung der Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Erstellung von Stockwerkeigentümerabrechnungen (STWeg).
- Mitverantwortlich für Mahnläufe und Inkasso.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung (w/m/d).
- Kenntnisse von Garaio REM.
- Idealkenntnisse in Immotop 2.
- Selbständiges, pflichtbewusstes Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit.
- EEO‑Kennzeichnung (w/m/d).
Temporäre Arbeit – 90‑100 % des vollen Stundenumfangs. Möglichkeit auf Festanstellung nach Abschluss.
