Audit Manager

Our client, Switzerland’s leading audit and assurance practice, is seeking either an audit manager or an assistant manager (who can be promoted within 6-12 months).

Given the international client base, you’ll get exposure to a wide array of global accounting standards, including Swiss GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS. You’ll work on a wide range of accounting and assurance projects, alongside an international team.

Our client is well-known for supporting their staff with training and development opportunities. You’ll be offered fully funded courses, such as the Swiss CPA qualification, and certificates in AI, Data Analytics, and automation.

• 5+ years of experience in audit/assurance at a reputable accounting firm, with at least 1 busy season spent as a Manager (or with Manager responsibilities)
• Fluent in German and English to a working standard
• For the Manager role, a formal accounting qualification, such as the ACCA, CA, CPA, etc. Assistant Managers will need to complete the Swiss CPA once you join (the firm will pay all costs for this)
• Can relocate and start this role by December 2026 latest
