Are you passionate about connecting with people and building thriving communities? Local Bini’s 2-year Career Programme as Culture & Community Strategist offers an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our network of locals who host unique experiences across Europe.
This program is designed for individuals who thrive on social interaction, are savvy with social media, and are eager to shape the future of our community.
What You Will DoYour core responsibilities include:
- Growing our community by sourcing and recruiting diverse personalities for our Originals and Youniq experience categories.
- Using social media creatively to engage and attract new members.
- Interacting with locals in writing, through calls, and in visual formats to inspire them to host experiences.
- Collaborating closely with our Operations and Experience Curation teams to ensure the right candidates are onboarded.
- Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance community-building efforts as the company scales.
