Location: Sankt Gallen
Frontify is seeking a Customer Success professional in St. Gallen for an 8‑month fixed term contract. You will onboard and train customers, build strategic relationships, and drive adoption and renewals to maximize value.
You’ll work in a hybrid format with in‑office presence twice per week, bringing 3+ years of SaaS customer success experience and strong English and German communication skills. This role starts around October/November 2026.
