Als Customer Support Agent betreust du Anfragen rund um Konten, Sperrungen, Limits und Transaktionen und berätst zu Produkten. Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Kundenservice, beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift, und sprichst Französisch oder Englisch;
Italienisch ist Plus.
