Abacus sucht eine/n Kundenbetreuer/in Finanzen, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Electronic Banking in St. Gallen. Sie unterstützen Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent, bearbeiten Anwenderfragen rund um Abacus und erhalten eine umfassende Einarbeitung.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören 1st Level Support, eigenständige Fallbearbeitung, Weiterleitung komplexer Fälle an 2nd Level und die Schulung unserer Kunden in den betreuten Modulen. Flexible Arbeitszeit mit Standort St. Gallen.
