We’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable tutors to support students at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). If you enjoy helping others succeed academically and can explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable way, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions to HSG students
- Help students understand course material, prepare for exams, and build confidence
- Share practical study strategies and insights from your own experience
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Communicate professionally and reliably with students
- Current or former University of St. Gallen (HSG) students preferred
- Strong academic performance in the subjects you tutor
- Direct experience with relevant HSG courses and exams
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Reliable, organised, and responsive
- Previous tutoring, teaching assistant, mentoring, or coaching experience is a plus—but not required
- Enjoy helping fellow students learn and succeed
- Can explain difficult concepts in a simple, practical way
- Are patient, empathetic, and easy to talk to
- Understand the challenges of studying at HSG firsthand
- Want flexible work that fits around your studies or schedule
- Flexible tutoring opportunities that work around your timetable
- Tutor students from your own university community
- Share knowledge from courses you’ve already mastered
