MS Direct AG bietet eine praxisnahe Ausbildung zur Fachfrau Information und Kommunikation EFZ. Du arbeitest an der Ausleihtheke, unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden bei Recherchen und nutzt sowohl gedruckte Medien als auch digitale Ressourcen.
Im ersten Lehrjahr besuchst du zwei Tage pro Woche die Berufsschule in Zürich; im weiteren Verlauf folgen weitere Lernformen. Die Ausbildung verbindet Praxis, Theorie und Lotsenfunktion in einem spannenden Medienumfeld.
