Location: Sankt Gallen
GHG HPS St.Gallen sucht eine/n Heilpädagog/in bzw. Primarlehrer/in zur gemeinsamen Betreuung von 8 Schüler/innen in der heilpädagogischen Schule St. Gallen. Sie arbeiten im individuellen Förderkontext und setzen Lernziele gemäß dem Volksschullehrplan um.
Sie leiten einen Klassenassistenten an, arbeiten eng im Förderteam und gestalten konstruktive Elternarbeit. Wir suchen eine wertschätzende, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
