- As Product Engineer, you are our innovator and product expert
- You develop new products and technologies and secure their intellectual property
- You are an expert in polymer, glass or rubber products and related technologies and in the development of primary and secondary packaging
- You identify risks on the critical functionalities of new packaging. You know and understand in details regulatory requirements, technical customer service and summary reports
- You execute complex roadmap and customer specific projects from idea all the way to market launch
- You are responsible to plan technical work packages with senior colleagues and deliver them according to quality, delivery and cost targets, in alignment with your project manager
- You support technical feasibility studies and change projects
- You are willing to travel up to 30 % internationally
- University degree in Engineering or Life Science
- Working experience in product development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging (1+ for MSc and PhD, 3+ for Bachelors)
- Knowledge and experience with glass, rubber or polymer products and related technologies, design control process and GMP
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) with good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to plan technical activities and work on multiple projects simultaneously, good analytical skills and ability to prioritize
- Creativity and ability to generate intellectual property
