Key Responsibilities
- Interface & Project Management: Dedicated representation of the entire Operations division as the responsible sub-project manager within complex, agile development projects.
- Resource & Technical Coordination: Structured resource planning as well as the technical coordination and steering of interdisciplinary teams from related Operations departments to achieve project-specific milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of regular "lessons learned" sessions to drive sustainable process improvement and knowledge transfer.
- Industrialization & SOP: Overall responsibility for the industrialization and commissioning of new production lines; this includes the detailed planning, management, and monitoring of all operational activities up to the successful handover to the final serial production team.
- Education: Successfully completed technical degree (HF, FH, or University) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience:
At least 5 years of solid professional experience in an equivalent role (industrialization, production control, or technical project management); a recognized project management certification is a distinct advantage. - Methodological
Skills:
Excellent, proven practical experience using Atlassian Jira for agile project management and documentation. - Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is an additional asset.
