We are supporting a client with a Team Lead Electrical Engineering position at its St. Gallen site.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Electrical Integration team.
- Take overall technical responsibility for the electrical integration of all subsystems.
- Define and improve standards for electrical schematics.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces and ensure alignment between schematics, bills of materials, and the physical vehicle.
Your background
- Degree in electrical engineering from a university, university of applied sciences, ETH, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in electrical planning, electrical design, schematics, or project engineering.
- Leadership experience or a clear motivation to move into a people management role.
- Very good German and English.
The position is on site in St. Gallen.
