Sie erstellen technische Unterlagen, pflegen Daten und begleiten Projekte administrativ über den gesamten Zyklus. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Druck-, Vermessungs- und Baukontrollen, Erstellung von Dienstbarkeitsverträgen sowie Unterstützung bei Baumaßnahmen.
