Mitarbeiter* in Wertschriften / Backoffice 80-100%
- Sorgfältige Abwicklung und Erfassung von Wertschriftentransaktionen im firmeneigenen Informationssystem
- Durchführung anspruchsvoller Abstimmungs- und Kontrollaufgaben für zugeteilte Portfolios
- Erstellung täglicher und monatlicher Abschlüsse für Performance-Messungen und Wertschriftenbuchhaltung
- Zentraler Kontaktpunkt für Kunden, Banken und weitere Stakeholder
- Abgeschlossen kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanz- oder Treuhandbereich (Bank, Versicherung)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Wertschriftengeschäft
- Versierter Umgang mit Excel von Vorteil
- Präzise, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Zahlenverständnis
- Belastbare Persönlichkeit, die auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick behält
- Muttersprache Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
