Location: Sankt Gallen
Build the financial foundation through closing, management and board reporting, and internal controls.
Your responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts under relevant Swiss standards and, where applicable, HGB
- Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards
- Coordinate fiduciary, audit and tax advisers
- Build internal controls and approval processes
- Maintain cost-centre and engagement-contribution reporting
- 4+ years in financial controlling or audit
- Sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER/OR or HGB
- German C1 and good English
- Finance/controlling qualifications, CH/DE multi-entity experience and Bexio, Abacus or DATEV.
- Professional/Senior; coordinates external partners, without line-management responsibility; reports to CFO.
- Close by working day eight and standardise the board reporting package.
- Build the finance function, bonus and offsites.
