Für unseren Kunden, eine modern strukturierte Langzeitinstitution im Raum St. Gallen, suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) für den Tagdienst.
Die Institution betreut rund 40 Bewohnende und ist überschaubar sowie klar organisiert aufgebaut. Die Pflege und Betreuung erfolgen in kleinen, familiären Wohneinheiten, was eine persönliche, kontinuierliche und beziehungsorientierte Begleitung ermöglicht.
Ein stabiles und eingespieltes Team, kurze Entscheidungswege sowie eine enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit sorgen für einen ruhigen, strukturierten und gut planbaren Pflegealltag. Qualität, Würde und Beziehungspflege stehen dabei konsequent im Mittelpunkt.
