For one of our clients, an established international company, we are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function and play a key role in the organization’s continued development.
Responsibilities- Leading and developing the HR function
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Management Team
- Defining and implementing the HR strategy
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes
- Driving talent management, leadership development and succession planning
- Leading organizational development and change initiatives
- Supporting executive and senior-level recruitment
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss employment law and HR regulations
- Contributing to international HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Solid experience in a senior HR management position
- Previous experience in an industrial or comparable corporate environment
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong expertise in change management and organizational development
- Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and social security
- Excellent strategic, analytical and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset
- Fluent German and English
