Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented GxP IT Support Specialist
.

• Provide L2/L3 on-site IT support for infrastructure and applications
• Support and maintain GxP-validated systems (e.g., OMNIS, Chromeleon, LIMS, SAS, eArchive, Interflex)
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules)
• Ensure server patching compliance using SCCM
• Work on virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix)
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing)
• Collaborate with architects on server & network design and evolution
• Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace
• Document incidents, changes, and procedures in Service Now and Confluence
• Provide occasional on-site support outside business hours if required

• L3 strong hands-on expert with deep technical expertise
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & support
• Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, medtech)
• Strong knowledge of Virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), Windows Server infrastructure and Networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewalling)
• Ability to support and interact with IT architects
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 / EU GxP validation principles
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working on-site and with remote teams
