Die Universität St.Gallen (HSG) sucht einen Leiter für das Service-Center IT Service Management im Bereich Informatik. Sie verantworten das Service-Lifecycle-Management für IT-Services und stellen die Einhaltung von SLAs sicher. Ihre Rolle umfasst die Führung eines Teams von rund 16 Mitarbeitenden sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit zur Entwicklung von KI-gestützten Lehr- und Prüfungsformaten.
Die Position erfordert fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL, Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams sowie eine souveräne Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch. Eine spannende Transformation steht an, im Rahmen der KI-Strategie wird das Team eine Schlüsselrolle einnehmen.
