In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

• Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure stable production operations
• Support users across Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Credit, including direct engagement with traders during market hours for time‑sensitive issues
• Analyze, own, and resolve production incidents impacting trading, risk, finance, or downstream processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore normal operations
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Automate support and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support or weekend implementations as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, supporting mission‑critical financial applications
• Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as eTradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues under time pressure
• Comfortable operating in a Front Office trading environment, supporting time‑sensitive activities and managing urgent issues during market hours
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including traders, operations, finance, credit, and IT teams
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑availability financial systems environment
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting/programming languages, and automation tools to support operational efficiency
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and technologies
