SAP ECP Subject Matter Expert

On behalf of one of our partners, a company based near to Saint-Gall, we are looking for a SAP ECP Subject Matter Expert.

• At least 6 years' experience
• Proven track record in Success Factors Employee Central Payroll implementations
• Ability to operate at Lead SME level ; capable of driving payroll configuration, supporting workshops, and providing subject matter guidance to the wider team
• Experience in wave-based rollout projects (a plus)
• Ability to operate at Lead SME level: drive payroll configuration, lead workshops, and provide subject matter guidance to the project team

Strong hands-on experience in SAP EC Payroll (ECP), ideally with Swiss payroll specifics

• Language skills:
  English and German
• Work permit:
  Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be a citizen of Switzerland or a European Union member state.
