Sie arbeiten eng mit den 2nd Level Teams zusammen, analysieren Anfragen, dokumentieren Lösungen und schulen Kunden in den betreuten Modulen. Eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sind wünschenswert.
