Location: Sankt Gallen
VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, seeks a Production Team Leader Welding to lead and develop a skilled welding team, ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery and a strong safety culture.
You will coordinate daily welding operations, allocate tasks, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Production Planning to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
