Responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts- und Risk Managements
- Umsetzung und Betrieb des unternehmensweiten Risk Managementsystems
- Durchführung von Zertifizierungen und Audits nach ISO 9001 und SanaCERT Suisse
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Patientensicherheit
- Durchführung von Befragungen und Begleitung des Beschwerdemanagements
- Berufsausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Qualitäts-, Projekt- und Risk Management
- Analytisches und prozessuales Denken sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Office-Programme etc.)
