Lidl Schweiz sucht eine engagierte Führungskraft im Detailhandel, die eine Filiale mit 15–35 Mitarbeitenden leitet und die Vertriebskonzepte umsetzt. Sie verantworten Personalführung, Weiterbildung und die Umsetzung von Kundenorientierung sowie Kennzahlensteuerung.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel, sowie Führungserfahrung mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung; ein sicherer Umgang mit Teamarbeit ist essenziell.
