• Akquisition und Abwicklung von Verkaufs- oder Kaufmandaten
• Bewertung von Objekten
• Erstellung von objektspezifischen Vermarktungskonzepten
• Begleitung von potenzieller Kundschaft im Such- und im Kaufprozess
• Repräsentation von Swiss Life Immopulse im Bereich des Immobiliengeschäfts
• Vermittlung von Versicherungsgeschäften und Hypotheken (Cross Selling)

• Mehrjährige (mind. 2 Jahre), nachweisbare Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprache(n) von Vorteil
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Verkaufskompetenz und konsequente Kundenorientierung
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Belastbarkeit, Kontaktfreude und souveränes Auftreten
