Senior Originator Benelux & France

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio with a focus on the Benelux region
• Originate and negotiate tailored energy and risk management solutions, including structured power and gas agreements, flexibility products, hedging solutions, and PPAs
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships
• Maintain and expand a strong network of utilities, suppliers, industrial clients, traders, and renewable developers
• Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments across the Benelux energy markets

• 5-7+ years of experience in energy origination, trading, or structured energy products, with a proven commercial track record
• Strong network and established relationships in the Benelux energy market;
  French market knowledge is a plus
• Expertise in wholesale power and gas markets, structured products, and risk management; EFET/ISDA knowledge is an advantage
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow business independently
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English;
  French or Dutch is an advantage
