Curtain home consultant in Eastern or arrangement

Vorhangbox Vorhangboxand advise customers on choosing the right curtains, pleated blinds and roller blinds.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as a curtain home consultant in Eastern Switzerland. The position is initially limited to one year as maternity cover. If there is mutual interest, there is the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.

Ideally, your place of residence would be in St. St. Gallen or the immediate vicinity. In this varied role, you will advise our customers directly in their homes and help them find the right solution for their spaces.

• Sale of curtains, pleated blinds, roller blinds and curtain accessories to business and private customers.
• Home consultations and measuring in the defined regions (depending on your place of residence).
• Partial hanging of curtains and pleated blinds.
• Personal consultation of our customers on site
• Measuring windows at the customer's home
• Expert advice on curtains, pleated blinds and other products
• Development of individual solutions, tailored to the wishes and premises of the customers
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Independent planning and organization of customer appointments
• Close collaboration with our internal team
• Customer support from initial contact to successful completion
• Staffing and managing our showroom every Thursday and Friday
• Willingness to work regular Saturdays, usually one to two Saturdays per month
• Personal consultation with our customers on-site
• Measuring windows at the customer's home
• Expert advice on curtains, pleated blinds and other products
• Developing individual solutions, tailored to the customer's wishes and premises
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Independent planning and organization of customer appointments
• Close collaboration with our internal team
• Customer support from initial contact to successful completion
• Support and staffing of our showroom every Thursday and Friday
• Willingness to work regular Saturdays, usually one to two Saturdays per month

• A good eye for colors, fabrics, furnishings and interior design
• Sales flair and a strong service orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
• Friendly, well-groomed and convincing appearance
• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken. English skills are preferred; additional languages such as French and Italian are an advantage.
• Category B driving licence
• Residence in St. St. Gallen or the surrounding area
• Willingness to work in the showroom on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as one to two Saturdays per month
