Die Psychiatrie St.Gallen sucht eine Praktikantin/ einen Praktikanten im Bereich Soziale Arbeit zur Unterstützung von Menschen mit psychischen Diagnosen. Sie werden Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams sein und arbeiten an der Lösung psychosozialer Probleme der Patientinnen und Patienten.
Ihr Beitrag umfasst die Unterstützung bei der Reintegration in die Gesellschaft, die Abklärung von Lebenssituationen sowie die Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeiten und Finanzen. Einfühlungsvermögen und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich.
