Location: Sankt Gallen
Der Förderraum - St. Gallen sucht eine:n Sozialpädagog:in HF/FH oder dipl. Sozialbegleiter:in (60%) am Standort Ahornstrasse in St.Gallen. Sie koordinieren Bezugspersonenarbeit und begleiten Nutzer:innen bei individuellen Zielen.
Sie arbeiten im Betreuungsteam mit fünf Fachpersonen, übernehmen IT-gestützte Administration und Dokumentation und leisten Telefonpikettdienste bzw. Wochenenddienste nach Bedarf. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten und Mitbestimmung.
