TSMG in Switzerland seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depots, ensuring safety, uptime, and readiness for testing and commercial deployment.
You will lead Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists, drive KPI performance, support new city launches, and collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to scale autonomous mobility services.
