Winsearch UK is partnering with a growing cladding and roofing specialist in the North West. The Contracts Manager will support expanding workload, overseeing multiple live cladding and roofing projects across the North West and beyond. Responsibilities include delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, while managing site managers, subcontractors, and the commercial team.

• Oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
• Manage site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs and variations.
• Coordinate programmes and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and main contractors.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and site organisation.

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or strong Project Manager, preferably in cladding, facades or roofing.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of building envelope systems (rainscreen, composite, twin skin, etc.).
• Ability to lead teams and keep projects moving without heavy supervision.
• Good commercial awareness – understanding of numbers and cost control.

• £55, annual salary (experience dependent)
