Working Foreman – Rugby
Are you looking for a Working Foreman position working on high-end residential properties?
Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and work hands-on across high-end properties in Rugby
, with occasional travel to Droitwich required.
- High-end residential properties
- Based in Rugby
- Occasional work in Droitwich
- Long-term opportunity
- Hands-on role with responsibility for overseeing works
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman
- High-end residential experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site
- Working hands-on alongside the team
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Travelling to Droitwich when required
