You will play a key role in delivering a Level 3 Substation Fitter qualification, working closely with learners to help them achieve their full potential.

Conduct on-site assessments and support learners through NVQ qualifications.
Mentor, coach and develop individuals at varying experience levels.
Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Support the continuous improvement of training programmes.
Travel to sites across the UK to engage directly with the workforce.

Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance within construction environments.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable
A1 Assessor / CAVA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with NVQs or apprenticeship programmes.
Exposure to High Voltage / Substation environments.
Ex-forces background (e.g. Royal Engineers, Navy, RAF engineering roles) with subsequent construction industry experience.
Why Join?
Opportunity to shape and develop the next generation of engineers.
Work in a varied, hands-on role across multiple UK sites.
Join a growing organisation with a strong reputation in the industry.
Competitive salary and company car provided.
Support to gain further training and qualifications.
