Youll be joining us at an exciting time, supporting customers with their hire needs and playing a key role in keeping projects moving across the UK. About the Role As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them find the right solutions quickly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
Liaising with customers via phone and email Taking full ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish Processing hire and sales orders accurately Working closely with depots, drivers, and operational teams to fulfil requests Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and grow accounts Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
