Honiton Job Type: Temporary Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00-5:30 (45 hour week) Reed is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy team. This front-of-house role serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting their showroom and service department, ensuring top-notch customer service both in person and over the phone. Day-to-day of the role:
Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly front-desk service. Manage the reception area, overseeing customer arrivals and departures. Efficiently answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Greet customers dropping off their vehicles for servicing, repairs, or MOT appointments. Contact customers regarding MOTs, vehicle collections, and service updates. Assist customers with general enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Accurately update and manage information across multiple internal systems. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Strong face-to-face customer service skills. Experience working in a reception, showroom, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident telephone manner. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems. Professional appearance and approach. Desirable:
Experience working within a showroom environment. Car showroom background Additional Information:
No previous motor trade experience required. Full training provided on company systems and processes. Opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
