Working hours:

32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year, 8:30 – 15:30 (flexible). Option to work additional hours.

Rugby Free Primary School opened in September 2015 with Reception classes in a newly refurbished, state‑of‑the‑art building in Central Park. The school is now full in all year groups from Reception to Year 6 and is thriving. We are a supportive and forward‑thinking school serving its local community.

We are looking for team members who bring interest, ideas and enthusiasm, and who are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential academically and socially. Candidates who support the whole child development and who have a particular interest in supporting children with social, emotional, mental‑health or additional needs such as ADHD and/or Autism will be given special consideration. Those who can help our most vulnerable children and maintain positive relationships are also highly valued.
