St Helens Council's Adult and Community Learning service is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our English and ESOL provision, shaping a curriculum that helps residents build skills, confidence and qualifications for work and learning.
As part of the ACL Management Team, you will inspire tutors and support staff, drive high teaching standards, and ensure the service stays responsive to local needs and inclusive opportunities for the community.
