Primary Teacher – St HelensBalfor Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive primary schools across St Helens. This exciting Primary Teacher opportunity is ideal for teachers with experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping children achieve their full potential.

About the RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment that supports pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.
Working alongside teaching assistants, senior leaders, and parents, you will ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed and develop confidence in their learning.
This Primary Teacher position offers opportunities to work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and preferences.
Primary Teacher ResponsibilitiesAs a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting the educational, emotional, and social development of pupils.
- Assessing, recording, and monitoring pupil progress.
- Differentiating learning activities to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders.
- Contributing to the wider school community.
To be considered for this Primary Teacher position, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience teaching within a School in the UK within the last two years
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- The ability to create an engaging and inspiring classroom environment.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
