What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or support setting
A patient, caring and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
A proactive approach to supporting learning and classroom activities
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Professional references and the ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check where required
