Finance Business Partner
Salary:
Up to £55,000

Our client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders, helping drive better decision-making, financial discipline, and performance across the group.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, communicating clearly and building strong working relationships. You’ll provide meaningful insight into performance, highlight key drivers, and help teams understand where action is needed.
You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, contribute to performance analysis, and help identify risks and opportunities as they arise. You’ll also play a key role in improving the quality and consistency of business partnering and performance reporting, supporting a more structured and commercially focused approach to financial management.
Through this role, you’ll help improve performance visibility, strengthen accountability, and contribute to better commercial outcomes.
What you’ll bring
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role supporting senior stakeholders and budget holders
Strong understanding of management accounts, key cost drivers, and margin/profitability analysis
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to explain performance clearly
Confidence producing insightful reporting and turning analysis into practical recommendations
Strong analytical skills, able to spot trends, risks, and opportunities early
Experience in a business using Invoice Discounting () or similar funding facilities (desirable)
Strong Excel skills and confidence using ERP/accounting systems
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
