What You Will DoProvide high‑quality support and intervention to children with disabilities and their families.
Complete and review complex assessments and plans in line with statutory duties.
Support the Team Manager and Service Lead with reviewing and progressing outstanding applications, including Deprivation of Liberty matters.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Deliver targeted interventions that promote children’s safety, wellbeing, and development.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records and documentation.
