Hotel Assistant

ibis Styles Haydock is looking for an outgoing dependable welcoming Hotel Assistant to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. Youll mainly be working in our food & beverage operation across the bar & restaurant. Were adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need a Guest Service Assistants on a part-time basis working 16 hours per week in return for a salary of up to 12.21 per hour.

Experience in a customer-facing hospitality job is preferred and a big personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list . We need people who are open welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like - the kind of person youd like to meet after a long day of travelling!

Youll be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel doing a bit of everything! This will include assisting with the breakfast service helping set up meeting rooms working the bar and restaurant as well as potentially checking guests in and out and providing great customer service. A great telephone manner is essential and youll need to be confident using a computer.

As were one big team you can expect to turn your hand to whatevers needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek weekend early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
