Desk Controller

Position: Hire Desk Controller
Location: Newton-le-Willows

Speedy are the UKs leading hire provider, offering the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services everything for every job. Were currently looking for a friendly and customer-focused Hire Desk Controller to join our team, based at our Haydock depot. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday . As a Hire Desk Controller, youll be at the heart of our operations and a key point of contact for our customers.

Youll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service by building strong relationships and coordinating the entire hire process from taking the initial enquiry through to delivery and collection. Youll work closely with colleagues across the depot to ensure everything runs smoothly and our customers receive the best possible experience. Your day-to-day role will be mainly desk-based, working alongside teams such as stock, transport, and engineering to make sure equipment is available, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and any queries are resolved quickly and professionally.
