We're hiring a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering strategic change across a range of industries. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Consultant Supporting and leading large-scale transformation and programme management engagements Solving complex business problems and translating them into clear, actionable solutions Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor Managing work streams and contributing to the successful delivery of client engagements Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technical teams Supporting and contributing to RFPs and proposal development Producing high-quality client deliverables and documentation Playing a key role in driving business outcomes across engagements About the Candidate The right Senior Consultant should have: 5-7 years' experience within consulting, programme management, or transformation roles Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Experience supporting or leading engagements and managing delivery work streams Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or business development activities Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges Experience managing or mentoring junior team members An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities Experience driving tangible business outcomes in client environments What's in it for you?
