CRM Executive

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced CRM Administrator to support and optimise their our clients Group-wide Hub Spot platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional to play a key role in the ongoing development of the company's CRM capability, supporting user adoption, improving automation, maintaining data accuracy and delivering valuable insight to support business growth.

Based at the Newton-le-Willows Head Office, you will become a key point of contact for CRM across the business, helping ensure Hub Spot is fully aligned with business processes and delivering maximum value across multiple teams.

About the Role

As CRM Administrator, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will help improve processes, enhance reporting, support lead generation activity and champion smarter ways of working through technology and automation.
