Being a Warehouse Colleague at Sainsbury's is not just about experience, it's about personality too. As a Warehouse Trainer, you will remain an active and integral part of the team, helping to shape the next generation of warehouse colleagues. You'll deliver on-site training across all warehouse functions, from Loading and FLT operations to accurate product picking, ensuring colleagues are trained in line with site policies and RTITB standards.

What

you'll need
  • Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Be passionate about supporting and developing others.
  • Have excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Hold a valid RTITB certification (essential requirement). Applications will only be considered from candidates who already possess this qualification.
  • Demonstrate patience, adaptability and a positive attitude.

We'll provide additional Train the Trainer support to ensure you have the confidence and skills needed to succeed in your new responsibilities.

You will be expected to work flexibly and adapt to operational demands, which can be discussed further at interview.

Please note: A valid RTITB certification is an essential requirement for this position and must be held at the time of application.
